Need to know what kind of plant this is, herb, teardrop shaped leaves?

It has purple flowers and leaves can get up to like a couple inches and are bumpy, but not sharp on the edges. also, the part of the leaf where it connects to the stem is uneven - i forget what you call that, but both sides of the leaf don't match up.

the thing is it smells really familiar, like a candy I've eaten or something. it doesn't smell like licorice, but I was inclined to think it was that since i recognize the smell, but am not big into plants, but i looked it up and i'm pretty sure it's not licorice.

ANYWAY I MUST KNOW WHAT THIS IS, THE SMELL IS MAKING ME CRAZY
