this is my first job and i really want to quit and my manger is very strict and committed to his work. if i quit will it effect me in getting another job somewhere else and not give me a job at all when i'm older?

If you hand in your notice as you want to do another job it is far better than being fired.
well if you quit then you can ask for a reference and the boss is not allowed to give you a bad reference under law he can be fined if he did.
BUT if he fires you he can legally say he did and that looks bad on a employee's work record.
and you would not get a reference so you would have problems getting another position in a company.
