Michael Vick......Why?

Question

A lot of people support Vick and think the eagles will do better if he starts...my question is why? IMO he is not the kind of quarterback for this offense. His accuracy sucked when he started in atlanta. He had 77 TDs with 52 interceptions...huh? More 100 yard rushing games than 250 yard passing games...250 yard I repeat..mediocre performance from a quarterback. And just don't understand it.. Philly fans are funny...they won't embrace McNabb(best quarterrback in franchise history) but they will embrace an overrated overpaid runningback...oops I meant quarterback in Vick. Please explain with a valid arguement and no BS

I totally agree.  He's a good backup quarterback to have.  But I wouldn't make him the starter.  He'd be a good guy to put in for special teams plays such as wildcat formations.  But I think the guy they are going with is the right guy to go with.  McNabb was the best QB that the Eagles have had, but he was injured a lot.  With him having only a year or two left in his career its a descent idea to trade him away while they could still get something out of him to better the team.

Its his style of play , he doesnt fit with the eagles he belongs in a team that runs the wildcat , i like michael vick they have to utilize him the right way

I agree with you. Michael Vick is retarded.  I saw alot out of Kevin Kolb last year to be impressed.  It really doesnt matter anyways, because the cowboys are going to shut the eagles out again!
