I'm 18 years old turning 19 this year and my boobs are 32A (almost the smallest size, but I could probably fit a 32AA as well). My friends always complain about how their boobs are small but they're like a legit B. Idk..should I get a boob job? is this a huge turn off for guys?

Leave them alone. A boob job is a mistake, there are plenty of guys who don't care a hoot about boob size, and shouldn't really be getting to know you based on that anyway.

no .. some guys like breast your size . i myself would rather date a women with small breast that fake ones .I Hate hard fake breast . but what every you do do it for YOU and not for anyone else or what they think ..
