IN MISSOURI If you are over the age of 18 with your permit...?

Does your passanger still need to be over the age of 21? Or can i drive with a 20 year old, licensed driver?
I dont live around parents or family, and the only person able to help me get my license is 20 years old. He has a legal drivers license. Does it matter since im over the age of 18 and not a minor?

Bummer. You would get the ticket and have to start time period all over again.

It says over 21.
