husband dropped lab top and its not working lost recite but i did do the 2 year warrant can i still take it back still?
screen is cracked in the middle because i can log on but there a hugh log line in the middle and then it goes to a white screen.

Replace the screen, find it on eBay, find the service manual from the manufacturer's web site.
