Will a 99-04 mustang gauge cluster work in a 94-98 mustang?
or would i have to change out the sensors on the tranny?
Will a 99-04 V6 Engine Fit in a 98?
will the motor enterchange or would i have to do any mods to the motor mounts,wiring,computer
tranny,fuel lines,etc

the newer gauge cluster is designed to fit in the newer dashboard. it's shaped differently and won't work. the engine will fit, but you're going to have to modify the existing mounts or fabricate new ones, plus you'll need the ECU from the donor car. either way, it's going to cost a lot and it'll be a lot cheaper to just get a V6 from another Mustang from your car's generation.
