Do you favor certain name endings over others?
Like issa names Marissa, Alyssa, Calissa..or ly name endings like Bentley, Carly, etc or is it just a name that you like. Or maybe they end in "a" verses "n"?

I noticed that I like girl names ending in 'a'
like Ava,Sophia,Alana etc.
I also have names ending with other letters but most of
my girl names end in an 'a' or 'ah' sound
For boys I like a lot names ending in 'n'
like Jonathan,Landon,Ian
but I also have a lot of names ending with different letters

I prefer the letters Y and E over I or A
For instance I had a son.... I like the letter Y so even though people were very critical I named my son Jordyn
It was a boy's name long before it was a girls name and the Jordyn w/ a Y only now seems to be popular for a girl but when I had him only a few people had named their daughter that. He loves his name and its spelling he is always telling people My name is Jordyn with a Y lol He is 5.
Another name I like is Landen ... I'm really liking then EN instead of AN or ON
?
I don't favour a particular ending, but I hate names ending with erley, ley or variations (Amberley, Kimberley and so on) and I'm not a big fan of the -A endings, but that would depend on the exact name. I think what I don't like about the - a mainly is when it's not the original one and it's just tacked in to make a common name more original. Like Natalie turned into Natalia or Caroline into Carolina, except in cases where the - a ending is the one normally used in your country. Not that I mind much, it's just something I personally don't like.

I don't particularly favor any ending. I find some endings better than others, but when it boils down to it I mostly consider the name as a whole.
