If it is form a Audible or other pay audiobook providers, it will have DRM, so you cannot do what you want.
You could get a compatible MP3 player and play it that way.
Otherwise, just get Audactity to edit and convert it to wave format, stereo 16 bits, 44.1 Khz, up to 80 minutes each, then write the CD with a CD burning app.
