I go 2 hours early at Wrigley. And good luck, I've been to 6 games this year and the Cubs have lost 5 :(

I think if you are going to a 7pm start game, then i would try and be at the park between 5 and 530 to catch BP. However, if there is bad weather or some type of pregame ceremony, they will not have BP and the players will hit inside off batting tees and machines.

It depends on several factors. The answers are right, a couple hours before a game is realistic though some clubs skip BP if the game is earlier in the afternoon, or if they are heading out on a plane that night, or bad weather came through, or if it is later in the season.
Have fun.

Depends. Usually like an hour and a half. Most recently though, I went like a little over 2 hours before the game started because I wanted to check out Citizens Bank Park and the hotel was walking distance... So pretty much like hour and a half to two. I ike getting there nice and early, haha :)

Hope you have/had fun! X]

You need to check the Angels A-Z Guide on their website. Go the "Gates" or "Batting Practice" section. Most ballparks open anywhere from 1.5 - 2 hours before gametime. Plan to arrive 30 minutes before the gates open to get a solid spot on-line.
