It depends on where you are from but in most all states this is not allowed and the consequences are....

1. The first time, a fine and a license suspension for 30 days..

2. The second time, a fine and a license suspension for 1 year..

3. The third time, lost of your license until the age of 18..

No!!
What makes you think this would be OK?
Adult needs to ALWAYS accompany you when you drive.
No exceptions.
If stopped by the police, they will take away your permit at minimum. You have demonstrated you are not to be trusted behind the wheel by flagrantly violating the conditions of the driver's permit.

A permit allows you to drive with an adult. If you are caught, you will not be able to get your license on time, different states have different penalties. Your parents can also be ticketed or charged for allowing you to take the car. Do not do it, its not worth it.
