Callia -- I like Callia, but not Callie.
Arabella -- I don't like this name. It sounds too much like someone who is trying to name their kid Isabella without naming her Isabella. It is also difficult for me to imagine someone with this name in any other profession besides a ballerina. Not that she would be doomed to a life of point shoes, but I just can't imagine an adult with this name in any other profession. Maybe another art -- like painter or actor or something.
Aubrella -- I just don't like this name. It doesn't sound like a real name -- and I suppose it isn't, if you are asking how to spell it.
Aubrey -- Not a fan. I prefer Audrey
Calissa -- It's okay, but there are better names out there.
Courtney -- Not a fan.
Morgan -- I like this one. Classic.
Magnolia -- Not a fan. Very very pretty flower. Not a great name, in my opinion.
Maglia -- Very pretty. I love it!
Autumn -- This is a pretty name.
Monica -- Very much not a fan of this one.
Marissa -- Not a huge fan. It's pretty, though.
Other names with the nickname Maggie: Megan (although the common nickname is Meg, I also know some who morphed into Maggie)

I seem to be one way or the other with these names.
Callia nn Callie 5/10 : I prefer just Callie or even Calliope.
Arabella 9/10 : -ella names are really popular right now. This one is the most charming.
Aubrella 0/10 : This isn't a name.
Aubrey 2/10 : I much prefer Audrey, especially after one of my contacts is adamant about this being a boy's name. I also knew the "wrong" Aubrey.
Calissa nn Calie 7/10 : I prefer Calista a bit more though. It means "most beautiful."
Courtney 4/10 : I knew too many Courtneys growing up. This is kind of blah to me now.
Morgan 5.5/10 : It's okay... but just okay. It sort of lacks something.
Magnolia nn Maggie 8/10 : I don't think I'd use this myself, but I really like the idea!
Maglia nn Maggie 0/10 : What name is this?
Autumn 8/10 : Nice name. I imagine a down-to-earth girl with this name.
Monica 6/10 : It's an alright name, just not my thing. It almost feels dated to me.
Marissa 7/10 : I prefer Melissa, which sounds and feels softer, but Marissa is also a sweet name.
As for any other Maggie names, I would have guessed Magnolia or Magdalena. I have been tempted by the name Magdaline (MAG duh line) a few times. You may like the spelling and pronunciation more.
Instead of Callia, how about Khalia? Arabella is a gorgeous name as is Aubrey. Calissa is very elegant. Not so sure about Aubrella, How about Audrey(instead of Aubrey) or Ella, separately? Don't really like Courtney. Morgan is cute. Magnolia and Maglia are nice enough names but why not just Maggie? Autumn's lovely as is Marissa. Monica's simple. I personally love Adele, Amelie, Emilia, Riza, Miah, Misha, Ava, Alba, Eva, Shay, Spencer, Brett, Lila, Loralei, Lacey, Lissa, Ishra, Edie and Abby-Lee.
