With the negative exponent, flip the fraction and make the exponent positive:

-(125)^4/3

Take the cube root of 125(as 3 is on the bottom of the exponent)

-(5)^4

Take 5 to the 4th power:

-(625)

The negative remains until the end due to order of operations.
