doctor's say: the doctor said that there is some problem in the 8th back bone disc + the pain is transfering to the left end of the rib cage.
can some one please help me treating this pain it will be highly appreciated.

ok id say you would need to go to Dr's again and ask for some pain relief in the meantime use nurofen plus or regular nurofen (depending on whether you can tolerate codeine or not)
plus paracetamol

Tell ur parents. They would want to know. U may need a chest X-ray. Dizziness, headaches, chest pain and hyperventilation r NOT normal. Neither is the tingeling or burning in ur wrist, related to the chest pain. See a Dr. Probably not serious, but whatever is causing this needs to be addressed and treated properly.
