Oh by the way, I live in England. And it would be helpful if you told me like:
Casual - jeans, graphic t-shirts etc
Formal - etc
And so on. x :)

the same everyone else should wear: modest and classy, nothing trashy!

cute graphic tees, jeans (comfortable that flatter you but NOT tight... in fact, nothing should be tight), cute and comfy jackets, pencil skirts, those flare-y cheerleadery skirts (nothing too short, either), peasant blouses, flats, NOT high heels, sneakers are all good,

Well it depends where you are. At home women of all ages love the comfort of jeggings with a colourful tee shirt and perhaps a waistcoat.
For some where special trawl Oasis Warehouse Jane Norman for idaeas, they are always bang on trend.
For casual ideas why don't you and your friend/friends sit in a coofee bar and make notes on eye catching styles worn by all the other teenagers, scoring them for comfort style and price. If people look good don't be afraid to mention it to them and perhaps enquire how they put the look together. Rarely are you slapped around the face if you say Gosh that is a smart outfit. I am so loving the colour of your top.
Good luck

Primark do a lot of quirky things, and it's quite cheap, so everyone can afford it. ^_^

I'd suggest stuff like graphic t-shirts, the men's department of Primark do fantastic t-shirts. :')
Not a lot of girls will wear men's t-shirts, but they go really well with skinnies or shorts and tights, or if it's long enough, just some leggings.

New Look's jeans are FANTASTIC! I paid £20 for mine last year, and they only died on me the other day, after wearing them nearly every day. xDD

Shoes and stuff: Flat shoes are great, Primark do a lot of colours, I have about 8 pairs and they last for a few weeks. They cost about £2 a pair, so they're inexpensive, and the massive range of colours are great. You can also get similar flat shoes from Ethel Austin, they do purple (Primark don't.) and stuff like leopard print, they cost about £3/£4 a pair. :)

Cute jewellery can be found at Blue Banana - http://www.bluebanana.cc - They may not be your style, but the jewellery is cute. :)

Also, look around in Chinese Laundries and charity shops, where you can find good deals on unique clothing, etc, that people won't have anymore. :)

Good luck. :D

If you like something don't be afraid to wear it :)
I'd say t shirts and jeans, sneakers and ballet type shoes, skirts?
Maybe try wearing tights under shorts; it's good for when you want to wear shorts but it's cold or whatever.
Maybe try leggins and a long t shirt? But make sure it's quite a long t shirt that covers your butt.
