Can I sell an unused CD of Microsoft 7 home premium full version?

I just purchased Microsoft Windows 7 home premium full version so I can upgrade my computer. The software came with 2 CD's -- one for a 32bit system and one for a 64bit system. My computer is a 32bit so of course, I only need the 32bit CD.

It seems rather wasteful to me to have this extra 64bit CD lying around that I will never use. Can I sell the 64bit CD separately or is that considered pirating software or something like that? The software was quite expensive and I am a student, so anything I could get for the 64bit CD would be helpful.

I will be keeping the 32bit CD, of course, in case I ever have issues down the road.

No you cannot sell it. When you buy a copy of Windows 7 you get 2 disks, 1 for 32bit 1 for 64bit, however you only get 1 cd key. You also legally are not allowed to resell Windows.

Do you have two different Serial numbers? If so, you can sell the second serial number. Otherwise, that serial number is connected to your computer. One serial per computer ;)

You can sell anything through the internet.
