Issues with Copy/Paste on photos?

Question

I have some photos in my files, downloaded from my own camera, that will not preview and will not copy/paste into Word or PowerPoint. When I look at the properties of these photos they appear exactly the same as all the other JPEG photos that do not have this issue. When I try to open them it asks what program I'd like to use but the list does not include Windows Photo Viewer. This is driving me crazy!! Anybody have any ideas how I can get these to copy and paste? Thanks

Additional information. This only occurs with Windows 7. My laptop works fine with Windows XP Home

i think of yahoo made some replace on their internet site. yet I easily have yet another answer for this... --->> replica+paste the text cloth first in to Notepad, and then replica paste from notepad to observe. that's working for me, with out any concern.
