We have as you may know just had several updates done. Every time the updates are applied with code as complex as this there are going to be glitches. Chances are by the time they are all fixed more upgrade will be on the way. This site is enormous and growing. They do a remarkable job keeping it going if you think about it.

No. The site is so large it would take MONTHS just to check every link and find the dead ones. Even then, they could only redirect them to a notice that the links are dead. Page freezes could be caused by several issues, many of which are outside of Yahoo's control.
