But to give a greater satisfaction. It would be better if I was a ground controller and called in a 2000lb JDAM airstrike on the bastard and his supporters. Even if they could not identify him because all the DNA was burned up and even if I could not get the 25 million, seeing the World's most evil man blown to bits would be worth it. Now that would be a dream come true ! I can almost taste it! God willing we will get him soon!

That is wrong, whoever handed him in would be able to do it anonymously and their identity protected by the US government for the rest of their lives, they would not have to go public and if they wanted to the US government would advise them not to so they wouldn't be living like a Hermit. Also the US want him dead OR alive, therefore that implies if someone found him they would have the choice to kill him and they would not get prosecuted for it.
If i knew where Osama Bin Laden was hiding then i would want upfront payment of £10million then i would infiltrate the group and get hold of all their plans and hand them to the US government, The United Nations, NATO and every security force in the world, i would then put a tracker in his hideout or on him, secretly of course then i would get the hell out of there, a let the US government track him via my tracker and kill the Idiot because i would have all their plans and therefore have intelligence of all upcoming attacks so we wouldn't need him alive.
