Does she break things on purpose or by accident?
If on purpose, don't invite her. If she asks just tell her why.
If by accident, invite her and tell her to be careful.
Honestly, it's your birthday party, you can invite whoever you want.

i would only invite her if she is nice to you and you really want her company. its your birthday so you should have who you want there. don't worry about her if she gets up set that's her problem and she will get over it. i hope this helps^_^
