if you make them at home then you can sell them online on etsy.com. You just make them, upload them onto the site, and someone will be able to purchase. You get your own "shop" that you can promote and give to people who are interested. Or you could go to craft fairs and set up booths.

if you are looking to get them mass produced then I am not sure how you would go about doing that. Sorry

You are correct on goal together with your feedback. I fully agree. These are individual freedoms that are supposed to now not be managed by means of regulation.
