New I Pod nano. My pictures are negatives?

I synchronized my new Ipod nano and my pictures are negatives. I tried resynchronizing but that didn't work. Does anyone know what will fix this? Thank You.

Just 2nd guessing, not enough info in the question to go on, but I can give it a shot:

Read this link. Check those pics on your computer, see if same there, if so it can affect what goes onto the ipod as well.
