I need your honest opinion about the arts?

Question

To anyone out there that it is part of the arts (Visual, Performing, Culinary, Literary...) would you be part of an organization that:

*will support the arts and established artists
*will encourage those who don't think that they can do much with their talent to get their work out there. 
*will offer classes a little to no cost for people of all ages.
*will try their best to get the arts back into the schools.

Please, the answers will be used for research purposes. Please be serious, this is very important to me, if you are interested and want more information about this organization you can contact me.
