I am not after the cheapest plan -I am after a plan that has non expiring minutes. .10-.15 cents a min is fine.I only use the phone about once a week .I am on the phone at work all day so I hate the phone when I go home-if you want to talk call me at work!

AT&T has a prepaid plan called Simple Rate Plan which is 10 cents per minute. The minutes do not expire.

There is a company that has prepaid plans with rollover minutes. The minutes do not expires as long as your keep your phone active. No prepaid plan has minutes that never expire. Those companies need to make a profit and forever minutes don't do much for that goal.
If you buy a large minute card, say a $100 card, it will last for about a year. That's about as good as it gets.
