Panasonic A-42-series or Samsung 4 series plasma tv?

I have narrowed down to 2 plasma TV's to buy in a weeks time.The Panasonic VIERA TH-P42A20D or Samsung PS42C450.Even though panny's are known for their image quality.Samsung is no less.The 3 year warranty on the Panasonic plasma is a big advantage.However the Panasonic model seems to be India specific and cant find much reviews online.Any inputs on the same is what i'm looking for.
