Do I need to break-in a reman jasper engine? Or can I drive normally?

I just recently had a re-manufactured jasper engine (long block) replace my 2002 Ford Explorer 4.6 V8 engine. Just drove it off from the mechanics, now I'm wondering if I have to break it in, like a new car.
