It is not HBK, he left WWE to spend time with his family. WWE doesn't even know who the GM is.

IDK It's not HBK in fact HBK has intent on ever returning to WWE and doesn't even watch it anymore. It can't be Hogan or Bischoff because they are in TNA same with Foley. The options would probably Shane McMahon, Stephanie McMahon, Paul Heyman, or some other mysterious dude...Show more
