Hi I hope someone can help me I have had issues with a YA member sending emails to to me I think I can block them but I think YA should know this is happening how can I report it and is it possible to stop them answering my questions?
The problem is than have blocked me which has prevented me from been able to block them so they can still email me
Who is Amanda and how do I contact her?

Forward the emails to the team at y_answrs_team@yahoo.com (missing e is correct) and include a message describing what is happening.
You can block them by clicking their avatar and then block user and they won't be able to email you or answer your questions. They will be able to see answers you give to others questions.

Send the messages to the Answers Team at y_answrs_team@yahoo.com Then proceed to their profile and click Block, as this should prevent them from sending you anymore emails. Since the person already blocked you, just leave things be. Once you reported the other user, just let the Answers Team and Customer Care deal with them.

if you block them, they cant email you or answer your questions
if you didn't block them, then that means you have chosen to continue receiving their communications.
You dont have to read their emails and you can block them, so there is nothing to report to yahoo. hey have provided you with the means to prevent all contact with this person at any time if you choose to do so

You can edit your profile so that no one can send you e-mails. Click on 'My Profile' located on the right of the search bar. From there click on 'Edit My Info'
