My son screams so bad exactly every two hours for food?

My son is 1 month old, he will be 7 weeks tomorrow. Also exactly every 2 hours he is hungry for food, and if we don't hurry up to make his bottle he will scream so bad that his face is red, tears, and you can't even hear him. We try everything to calm him down while we make his bottle but he won't. I've never heard anybody's else's baby ever scream that badly for food before and everyone who has heard him has never saw that before. I feed him about 3-4 ounces every two hours. Sometimes he will even leave an ounce in the bottle. He has done this since birth, and right now i'm using Similac Sensitive. what could i do for him to not act like that? Is this normal? I'm an 18 year old first time mom.

no this is wrong.don't over feed him or he will get heavy.if you let him get fat kids in school will make fun of him and call him terrible names like fatso-whale blubber-blob-elephant's and the list goes on.you love your child to much for that to happen don't you.

Its normal. It will ease off as he gets older but the only way to try to ease it a bit is to be prepared. You could make all his bottle when you get up in the morning so all you have to do is grab his bottle. Formula is good for 24 hours after its been mixed as long as its refrigerated. Its normal yes its nervewracking but it is normal hes hungry and thats the most pressing need he has so far.....So if your more prepared for when hes hungry it will lessen the time he screams if you know his time to eat is coming get his bottle ready before hand.
Good Luck!

Yes its normal, babies go from 0 to 60 in a second lol...make bottles in advance and about and hour in a half go ahead and make him a bottle and have it waiting on him, hopefully this will prevent the screaming. I would offer him 5-6 oz in a bottle, this might make him go a little longer then two hrs! Good luck.

Watch for hunger signs before the baby gets to the point of crying. Rooting, bringing hands to the mouth, moving around a lot. When you see baby starting to wake up go ahead and get started on the bottle so you'll be ready.

Also, you're just about around 2 months and its normal for babies around that time to go through a growth spurt where they go crazy wanting to eat extra. Just try to follow the baby's lead. Some babies eat more often than others. Just remember every baby is an individual and you should follow your baby's lead.

Yes, this is normal. You should anticipate that he is going to be very hungry in two hours and have a bottle ready to go before he winds himself up to that degree.

Breastfeeding would have been the easy way to go. It's ready when he is.
