Which WR do i pick up for week 13? Who to start?

I play 3 WRs a week and get 1 pt for 10 yards rec/run and 6 a TD. No PPR and no points for special teams.

My current WRs are:
S. Holmes, NYJ @ NE
J. Knox, CHI @ DET
S. Rice, MIN vs BUF
L. Evans, BUF @ MIN
S. Moss, WAS @ NYG
V. Jackson, SD vs OAK (dropping. got injured and out for 2 more weeks. not taking a chance on him if I make it to the playoffs.)

I'm currently in a 4-way tie for 4th place in my divsion, the last and final playoff spot. Because I am about a dozen or so points below the other guys I get waiver wire pickups before everyone else. I am fairly certain I can get about anyone that I want out of this group:

D. Mason, BAL vs PIT
D. Amendola, STL @ ARI
D. Branch, NE vs NYJ
D. Bess, MIA vs CLE
R. Meachem, NO @ CIN
J. Jones, GB vs SF
R. Moss, TEN vs JAC
K. Walter, HOU @ PHI

I'm dropping V. Jackson and another RB(M. Lynch, SEA) so I have room for two pick ups.

Which two shoould I try to pick up?
Who should I start this week at WR then?

If your goal is to survive this week, the first two are easy: Holmes is more productive with each week and has a very good matchup. Knox also has an excellent matchup at Detroit. (This time of year you can give a slight edge to games played in domes). But he's finally perking up.

The other start I like for this one week is Derrick Mason. Over the last month, he's quietly been outproducing Boldin, who can't shake the double coverage he's drawing. The Steelers are clearly a good DEF, but they can be thrown on, even by Buffalo. So I like Mason in this matchup.

I'd also pick up Deion Branch. It's a little surprising he's still available. I imagine he'll draw Revis so you can't start him this week, but he's a WR on the uptick, and you don't want someone else getting him.

Finally, if you can make a third move, dump Santana Moss (he's worthless in non-PPR) and pick up James Jones. He's the 2nd best receiver in GB, and it was only fluke that he didn't score another TD last week. He's a good bet for solid production going forward.
