The name of a song played in 80's nightclub where ppl put their arms round each other and kicked up their legs?

As soon as the bank played it people put their arms around each other in a straight line and we all began kicked outwards. Then after a while we all changed to the conga. It was something like The Georgio' and one line was 'you've got the music on your mind'.
Not the Okey kokey or the can can..It it was in mid eighties and they played in in the CAfe de Paris in London.

I couldn't find a dance called 'The Giorgio', but it may have been connected to Giorgio Moroder, who was involved with 'Flashdance' plus many more.
The only dance fitting your description (but no mention of conga) was:
