I mean that he isn't autistic, but seldom answers people, never initiates conversations, but can recite things from TV or radio for a long, long time. Very poor social skills, likes to be isolated.

what do you mean by "scripting" -if you mean thinking about them or writing them etc then no why would that be some sort of disorder?
