I left my girlfriends dialog screen to answer another person's email to me while I was talking tenderly to my girlfriend. I love her dearly and I understand it is not respectful nor attentive to double time her while we are sharing together. I want her forgiveness.

You have to stop doing this.
If you need to talk to someone else, best let her know not just leave it.
She should forgive you again, if she loves you.
If she doesn't then it's obvious that she had enough.

Adultery, murder, drug or alcohol addictions...these are things she can be seriously upset with you about.
Tending to two things at the same time is really not awful. But if she cares about it so much, let her know when you have the time to give her your undivided attention. She really should loosen up on you, and respect that you are overall a good boyfriend.

It depends, if you were at work and the email was a business one, then she needs to grow up a little.
If you were doing this on your personal time, I'd question how much you really respect this girl.
