Best Flex play week 13?

I have,
Sidney Rice,
Tashard choice
Blount( dont want to use against Atlanta)
M. Morris(Dont want to use vs Chicago)
Kenny Britt( even if he does play I dont know if he'll go right back to his old self again.)

On the Wire

Mike Thomas
Mike Williams
Eddie Royal
Amendola
Kieland Williams
Jonathan stewart( ive decided to use goodson this week. I dont think I want to use both though do i?)

Its a standard espn ten team league. I need big points though this week to make the play offs.

If that is Mike Williams (TB) I would definitely use him. Otherwise probably Sidney Rice, although it is a risky play that could pay off, but probably won't.
