I have an Android phone and the Angry Birds app. I have been trying forever to pass level 3-6, any tips? Cheat codes? Thanks for any help!!!

look it up on youtube and try to copy whatg ppl do to beat the level :p

You need to launch the little blue birds at a high inclination so that they come down between the concrete blocks at top left and top middle of the big structure, so that they smash the glass. Tap to release the 3 birds right at the last moment. That should take care of most of the piggies, and then careful aim should take care of the two outlying glass structures.
I have finished the iPhone version and assume that the levels are the same.
