I'm having trouble using the Yahoo Playoff Scenario page, so can someone answer this: If both Atlanta and New Orleans finish with 13 - 3 records, who would win the NFC South? Of course this would mean NO beats ATL in the last game. Otherwise, they both win out.

If both Atlanta and New Orleans end in with a 13-3 record the Atlanta wins the division on the tie breakers
On the Yahoo Playoff Scenario if you first select Winning % and then look to the right you will see the
standings.
Take the various games that Atlanta plays and select the other team to win and New Orleans to win
until both teams have 13-3
Also take a look at this page which also shows that Atlanta also will be the #1 seed should they get to 13 total wins. The Saints have a 50/50 chance to be #1 with 13 wins but Atlanta would have to fall to 12 wins before they have any chance at all. New Orleans also has a 50/50 chance at being the #5 seed with 13 wins.

As a Falcons fan, I can tell you that if the Falcons get to 13 wins then the Falcons get the division.
The tiebreakers are as follows:
1) Head-to-head (best won-lost-tied percentage in games between the clubs).
2) Best won-lost-tied percentage in games played within the division.
3) Best won-lost-tied percentage in common games.
4) Best won-lost-tied percentage in games played within the conference.
5) Strength of victory.
6) Strength of schedule.
7) Best combined ranking among conference teams in points scored and points allowed.
8) Best combined ranking among all teams in points scored and points allowed.
9) Best net points in common games.
10) Best net points in all games.
11) Best net touchdowns in all games.
12) Coin toss
If the Falcons lose to the Saints and win every other game while the Saints win out, that would put both teams at 13-3. The first two tiebreakers would be tied because the would have split the season series (1-1) and the division records would both be even at 5-1. The next tiebreaker is common opponent record. Those common opponents would be the Panthers (x2), the Bucs (x2), their games against each other, Steelers, Ravens, Browns, Bengals, Seahawks, Rams, 49ers and Cardinals. Since the division record is the same, you can rule those games out (otherwise they would have won/lost the second tiebreaker). That leaves the Steelers, Ravens, Browns, Bengals, Seahawks, Rams, Cardinals and 49ers. The Saints lost two of these games (Browns, Cardinals) while the Falcons only lost one (Steelers) so the Falcons would have one more win in this category which gives them the tiebreaker and the division title.

I don't think it's going to be a tie breaker. Atlanta should win both games with Carolina and the game with Seattle. Not saying they can't lose them games but on paper and record the should win them. Saints has the Rams and Ravens before coming to Atlanta 2 very good teams. the pressure is on the saints but who knows.

In your scenario it would come down to who had more wins against common opponents in which case Atlanta would win b/c they have the better record against common opponents (Atlanta beat Arizona and New Orleans lost to them).
