Can I be a model in your opinion?

Question

just turned 17 years old. I am 5'7 120 pounds measurments 24, 34, 24
I am a quarter brazillian a quarter african american and half Nigerian so I have what one would call "exotic" features <large lips, chinky eyes) etc.
Many people say I have modeling potential I just wanted to know if I had the body for it and if so how I can become a model,
I stay in California I am aware of all the Major agencies such as Ford, Wilhelmina, LA Models
Please help, thanks! :)

You remind me of supermodel Chanel Iman.
I think you could make is as a model.
I recommend Ford Models though, because they don't have a requirement for height, or measurements listed on their online measurements.

why ask me? Follow your own drums. It depend on your willPower and not beauty. Once upon a time I use to do cosplay modeling. But, I chase after my dream of being artist. Just go for your dreams. Why do everybody think. How many pictures you take you given a title model. You need to study more than walk and poses. What about learning different language, people skills or business plans

Big lips and chinkey eyes do not make you exotic.  I say no on the modeling.  You are "cute", but not a model.
