Question about a phrase usage?

The text from a person explaining why she likes drinking tomato juice...
"It's good for health."

Shouldn't that sentence read "It's good for MY health." or "It's good for YOUR health." or "It's good for PEOPLE'S health." or am I being overly critical and it is fine...?

Yes, most people would use one of your suggestions. "It's good for health" sounds to me like an English learner's utterance. You might be being overly critical considering it was a text though.

Health used like that without a modifier is a little unusual but I see nothing wrong with it grammatically.
