Why havent celebrities like Kathy Griffin or Madonna ever played a show in Tehran?
No...not for the "USO" under the safety of troops. I mean to play a show like they normally would, at a theatre or stadium for the proplr of Iran. Or Jordon. Or Egypt. Or Saudi Arabia. Or....

Entertainers go overseas to entertain troops (which is what Kathy Griffin did when she went to Afghanistan) through the USO. Since there are no US troops in Tehran, there is no USO there.
