Is my Long tentacle anemone stuck behind the rock?

My Anemone got up and moved one day and ended up behind the rock. It's been there for about a week now and has not done much for digging its foot into the sand. I'm starting to fear that it is stuck. Is it able to move against water current to back out? Can it actually squeeze between tight spaces and will do so it it wants to? do I need to move a power head to help blow it back out or leave it alone?

more than likely, it isn't stuck. this sounds odd, but your bulbs may need replacing. if the balance of light is off, anemone don't feed as well. or it could be under stress because of water conditions.
