Christianity "treat others how you wish to be treated"
Islam "love for your brother what you love for yourself" (not literal brother)
and the obvious 10 commandments
don't kill, don't lie, don't steal etc etc

I think you mean qualities.

Actually, they have a good deal. All religions share certain things:
(1) Acknowledging that there is something higher than yourself
(2) Valuing non-material things over material things
(3) Searching for meaning
(4) Helping others

Now, the way Christianity is practice under capitalism, in which greed is the new god, it may not be obvious that Christianity follows the ideas in the list, but that is because it is easier to be greedy than to be giving

If a religion has never caused one person to harm another, I would call it good.

Good luck finding an example of that.
