Look at ancient Egyptian drawings in caves.. We have been visited for eons by UFOs.. I think they are somehow protecting us as they sure haven't harmed us.. They are more superior than anyone here on Earth.Their technology is way more advanced than our"s.. They are definitely more advanced.. The universe is vast..

First of all, UFO stands for Unidentified Flying Object and should really only be used in this way for clarity. They are relatively common, even when used in the sense of something that remains unknown even after investigation. Obviously taken with this meaning a UFO on the ground is not flying and therefore can not be considered a UFO, similarly a spacecraft of confirmed extraterrestrial origin would not be unidentified and therefore would not be a UFO.
Taken as a separate question, will there ever be a clear picture of a craft manufactured by lifeforms of confirmed extraterrestrial origin? Scientifically speaking, such a craft existing is an extremely low probability option, therefore it would be extremely difficult to verify the extraterrestrial origins of the craft. There will probably always be ways to explain away the phenomenon that are more likely from a strictly scientific viewpoint.
