Here's a good what if?
Ok, say the world does end, but it doesn't end the way the bible says, is it still god that does it? I know the atheist answer, but just the same, I'd like to know what you think.

But the Bible doesn't say the world will end.
Without quoting reams of Scripture.
Christ will return and rule for 1000 years.
At the end, Satan will be released with the demons to torment the earth for 100 years, this will result in his ultimate defeat. Then the end shall come.
The end of an age.
Heaven and earth will pass away and there will be a new earth and new heaven and God will come and dwell with us.
The Bible does not say we go to heaven when we die.
The whole Bible is about the perfecting of mankind to the point where God who is perfect can come and dwell here among a perfected mankind.

Depends on what bible you are reading, The Hebrew bible -Tanakh does not end as the xtian bible does. Are you going to believe the Hebrew bible or some Greek tales that the church appropriated and changed to fit the mangod they created ? Tertullian admitted he added the trinitarian formula to Matthew 28 and the Paulian endorsement to Peter's epistle.

I'm always confused when people talk about the 'world' ending, what are they referring to? The Human race? The Earth? The solar system? The galaxy? The universe? What?
Because it would require totally different types of events to end those things.

What if buffalo could really fly, would we still eat their wings?
If God says something is going to happen a certain way, that's it.
Forget the "What ifs" in trying to alter what has already been spoken of
by God.
