Yes... kind of. They're quite challenging to use. I usually just use a fork because if I eat with chop sticks I'll spend most of my time trying to get the food on the sticks & keeping them their. :]

Yes. I'm Asian so I should know how. But I only use them when I eat noodles and other Asian dishes, but never rice. I use a spoon for that. 8D
