You omitted the make, model, and what the camera is or is not doing. Best to call the manufacture. Phone number in your instruction book. Don't take anywhere unless it is out of warranty. If in warranty you SHOULD send in the camera yourself via United Parcel Service (UPS) if you want to be lazy and take it back to where you purchased the camera or a camera shop, their normal procedure is to charge you double what the repair cost is--after all they are in business to make money. Send it in yourself & save!

since you haven't told anything like whats wrong with your camera or your model or anything I don't think anyone can say anything. take it to a camera store and show it to someone there. They will tell u if there is something wrong or where you can take it to repair.

Take it to where you bought it from and explain to them what happened.
