meat with blood in it, taste more thick, filled with juicy yummy something
it is taste so good that religion banned it.
any recipes come with it? 
or how to get healthy kind of meat with that description.

as far as i know, i only get it few from inside part near the bone, in few accidental shopping

Use the thighs and drums, and chicken that has been cooked 'on the bone'.

Make sure your coo timing is just correct, As long as the internal temperature is safe you can eat chicken if it is a lille brownish.
