I have tried to relearn the Passlock with the 10min procedure and all i can get it to do is turn over. The engine will fire and run for about 3 seconds, but then it stops. I try again and and it just cranks the engine over. I can hear the fuel pump kick in when the key is turned on. But, im going to get a fuel tester... does anyone know if they work and how much pressure should i have in the system? Thanks in advance!

The relearning procedure is 30 minutes, basically three of the ten minute procedures one right after the other . See the last section of the first source. Note that each interval is not one second less than ten minutes but can be more. The ten minute procedure will get you going once, but if the engine doesn't catch you are out of luck again.

maybe it,s not fire. maybe it,s fuel like the fuel filter for example. if it gets clogged then you won,t get started.
