What is the brand of this candy called?

A while ago I had this candy I had never had before. The name was weird, and not an english word. It was hard caramel covered in chocolate. It wasn't werthers. What was it???

I just remembered that it was dark chocolate caramel, covered in milk chocolate, or vice versa...I don't think it was anything from the US, because I hadn't heard it, but I could be wrong
