How much will this raise my credit score?

So I have racked up some credit card debt and now I am looking to raise my credit score. Right now my score is at a 609 and I want it to be around 650 for a car loan. Here is what I got:

I have $6500 in credit debt and it is pretty much maxed out, but I have some money to pay them off. If I get my debt down to 30% (so essentially having $1,950 in debt with $6,500 available), how much will the raise my credit score?

Do a search on 'credit score calculator' and put your numbers in with and without paying your card down. It will give you a good estimate of the affect it will have.
