he has a point. why risk the only planet we live on? It's one thing for tobacco companies to deny any link between smoking and tobacco- only the people who smoke die. It is quite another for the fossil fuel industry and deniers to deny a link with the climate for the entire planet. we will eventually get this under control, but at the cost of trillions and millions of lives. The deniers do not care, it will be future generation who will pay.
I would agree with that and would even go one step further to say that the gun has already gone off ! If (or actually when) the Ross shelf of South Pole will break off - and that WILL happen - then the world will see tsunami's like it has never seen before...and also because of the world sea's currents stopping because of melting of the pole caps big parts of the world or maybe even the whole world will see an icetime coming. The maya's also predicted that (as Edgar Casey, Nostradamus, etc.) The temperature will then drop within 3 days (!) to minus 50 degrees celcius. Let's hope and pray it won't happen !
